Hollywood celebrities have made their mark in the world of wine. Be they Oscar Winners, Bond Girls, Icons, Divas, Policemen, Material Girls, Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Famers, Race Car Drivers, Golfers, or Quarterbacks, they all have one common bond: Winemaker. Celebrity winemakers come in many varieties with some being oenophiles dedicated to their pursuit of fine winemaking while others are showcasing their brand on another vintner's wine. In celebration of Hollywood & Wine, we bring to you rock stars, actors, and athletes turned winemaker and showcase their premier vintages.
Throughout the summer, experience an elite selection of celebrity winemakers at the Arizona Biltmore:
- Every Friday from 5pm to 7pm through the summer one of our celebrity winemakers will be featured in a tasting of their select vintages.
- All of the winemakers will be featured at Wright's Bar and Frank & Albert's Bar with a special menu of wine flights, wines by the glass and bottles.
Frank & Albert's and Wright's will feature the winemakers by pairing the wines to pre-set menus.
- Or buy a bottle at the Café to enjoy in your guest room or take home as a souvenir from Arizona Biltmore's Hollywood & Wine.
- Every Saturday, join us for complimentary Wine Education at 2pm. Learn about the winery, different varietals, pairings, and how to sip and savor these celebrity wines. Register to join an education session and see below for the featured winemaker. This is a free event: click here to register.

Celebrity Winemaker Festival Weekend:

During our recent Weekend Wine Festival, artists John Drury and Christian Hope stopped by and hand painted some wine barrels for the event. Both of these artists used their unique talents to create fun, original works on their barrels, and set them up for show at the weekend-long festival. Come see the two colorfully painted barrels, which are still on display.
A former Design Director with Disney Imagineering for 25 years, John Drury has over forty years design experience. He has mastered the art of concept development, art and design direction, graphic design and development.
Using creative imagination, he originates ideas / concepts / designs for all manner of projects relating to theme parks and resorts, retail, entertainment zones, parks and public places.
With nearly 30 years of experience creating world-class attractions for Universal Studios, Samsung, Sanrio Paramount Parks International and The Walt Disney Company, Christian Hope's expertise lies in his unique understanding of how multi-disciplinary projects come together to create one-of-a-kind destinations.
As a concept designer and art director, Mr. Hope is responsible for directing the creative and aesthetic development of many successful attractions across the planet. Projects include Universal's Islands of Adventure, Sanrio's Puroland, Knott's Theme Parks and Disney attractions in California, Florida, Paris, Hong Kong and Shanghai.
