July 2 & 3 — Susan Irby
Chef Susan Irby is the guru of the "healthy bikini lifestyle" — good eating as a lifestyle so you look and feel your best. She expounds on her cut-the-calories-but-keep-the-flavor approach on her popular radio show, Bikini Lifestyles, aired on 790 KABC in Los Angeles but with listeners worldwide from Italy, France and Germany to Australia and Canada. Her seven books, including "Substitute Yourself Skinny" and "Boost Your Metabolism," focus on lifestyle change rather than a short-term diet. The Bikini Chef has spread her message in numerous newspaper and magazine articles, as the host of the OC Home & Garden Show, on TV appearances, in interviews on her radio show with everyone from Wolfgang Puck to fashion designer Donna Karan — and now at the Hollywood & Wine festival at the Arizona Biltmore.

July 16 & 17 — Gesine Bullock-Prado
As head of her celebrity sister's stellar production company, Gesine Bullock-Prado seemingly had it all with a closet full of designer clothes, the ear of influential studio heads — everything except for the fulfillment of her secret passion, baking. With every sugary, buttery confection to emerge from her oven, Gesine took one step closer to her true destiny. Before long, she and her husband left the trappings of their Hollywood lifestyle behind, headed to Vermont and founded Gesine Confectionary. And they never looked back. The Pastry Chef Extraordinaire has appeared on the Food Network and The Today Show, and has been featured in Ladies Home Journal, People Magazine, LA Weekly and more. Her first cookbook, "My Life from Scratch: A Sweet Journey of Starting Over, One Cake at a Time," has now been followed by "Sugar Baby: Confections, Candies, Cakes & Other Delicious Recipes for Cooking with Sugar." Next up: "Pie It Forward," slated for release April 2012. Get ready for a sweet experience at her cooking classes.
